Yes. Upload your CV on the homepage and you'll get your ATS score immediately, no account, no email, no card. Your CV is processed to generate the score and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Nothing is stored. If you want to save your results, compare scores, or use a pass, you can create a free account at any point during or after the session.

On the free plan, you can build and save your base CV and run unlimited ATS scores. AI tailoring (where Zappli rewrites your CV around a specific job description) comes with a pass. On a pass, tailored versions are unlimited within fair use, each saved separately so your original is always preserved.

All three unlock the same product and differ only in how long they run. £9.99 buys 7 days and comfortably covers about 25 applications, £24.99 buys 30 days and about 100, £49.99 buys 90 days and about 250. Each is a single payment that never renews. If you buy another while one is still running, the days are added to the time you have left rather than replacing it.

Never. A pass is a single payment with no recurring charge and no card kept on file. When the pass ends your account automatically returns to the Free plan. Your CV and all your data stays exactly where it is. You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.

Your account drops back to the Free tier automatically. All your CVs, tailored versions, and content are fully preserved: nothing is deleted. You can still access your base CV and track applications. You can buy another pass whenever you next need one.

The Interview Pack comes with every pass. It turns your own experience into interview-ready STAR answers for a specific role and company, including the competency each question is really testing. Because it's built from your verified work history rather than generic scripts, every answer is one you can say out loud with confidence. Save packs, revisit them any time, and export to PDF.

There is nothing to cancel. Passes never renew, so no subscription is created and no card is kept on file. Your access continues until the pass expires, then your account returns to Free with all data kept. We never charge a cancellation fee.

No. Zappli sells one-off passes only: there is no recurring plan, no renewal date and nothing to cancel. If you need longer than 90 days, buy another pass and the days stack onto whatever is left.

A pass is a one-off payment with no subscription behind it, so there is nothing to escape and nothing to cancel. Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cancellation right on a new purchase: see our terms. For any billing issue, email us at help@zappli.co.uk and we'll refund, no questions asked. UK consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used the paid features during that period. If you've used them and have a concern, get in touch and we'll review it.

Yes. Your CV is stored encrypted and is only accessible to you. We're UK-based and fully GDPR-compliant. We never sell your data and never pass it to employers or recruiters. A small number of suppliers process data on our behalf so the product can run: Anthropic for the AI, Stripe for payments, MailerLite and Resend for email, and Railway for hosting. Your CV is never used to train any AI model. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

Go to your account settings and select Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by HMRC. If you'd prefer to request deletion by email, contact privacy@zappli.co.uk.

We store your name, email address, your CV content, any job descriptions you've saved, your application tracker records, and your subscription status. We don't store your card details: those are handled entirely by Stripe. For a full breakdown, see our Privacy Policy.

Free accounts that haven't been logged into for 12 months are treated as inactive. We'll email you at 11 months giving you 30 days to log back in; a single login keeps your account open indefinitely. If you don't log in, your account and all data will be permanently deleted. This doesn't apply to accounts that have ever held a paid subscription.

Yes. Under UK GDPR you have the right to a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@zappli.co.uk and we'll respond within one calendar month. There's no charge for this request.
